I’ve been in the home repair and remodeling business for over ten years. Bathrooms, basements, windows, doors, decks, screened porches and specialized interior work are all in my skill set. Home energy performance is a growing portion of my business.  

I’ve repaired many problems caused by bad construction practices and lack of attention to detail. Having spent a lot of times in attics and basements, I can tell you that in almost all homes there are ways to  save energy and make the home more comfortable. In every job I do, wether it is a bathroom remodel, window installation or a general repair, I do everything I can to lower your energy bills.  As most people only make these improvements once in their lifetime, I consider it a “chance of a lifetime” to save you energy.

From my experience in home repair, I know what needs to be done to make your home last with the least amount of maintenance. I’ve replaced a lot of rotten or insect damaged wood over the years. Often, this damage could have been avoided by knowledge of sound construction techniques. Most contractors that only build new homes or new additions never get this experience. I got it.
